Long Seam Welding System

    Seam welding systems (SMR) produced by 2K WELDING are used for automatic longitudinal welding. Seam welding machines are designed for longitudinal welding of cylindrical, conical and long shaped bent workpieces as well as flat sheet sheets and plates. High quality welding seams are obtained with precision alignment in length welding machines with strong structure and clamping system design.

It provides 100% penetration, single pass welding on non-separated flat copper substrates without thermal degradation on industries food, breweries, water and electrical utilities, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, energy and semiconductor material.
