Self-Aligning Fit-Up System (HR-FU Series)

The 2K WELDING HR-FU series FIT_UP system is a system used for the assembly and welding of 2 sectors or pipes in tank tanker and pipe production with circular geometry. They reduce the assembly time of workpieces with cylindrical geometry and reduce the need for cranes and operators. It is possible to produce from 10 tons to 500 tons of capacity.

FIT_UP system is a system that serves with synchronized step-by-step operation of 3 units, including 1 fixed hydraulic unit, 1 mobile hydraulic unit and 1 mobile converter unit.

HR-FU series FIT_UPs are managed RF wireless single controller. In this way, the operator has the opportunity to see the product on the FIT_UP from every point.

Thanks to the unit that can move and that enables the sectors to move up and down with hydraulic lifts, they provide assembly and welding features on a single line.
