2K WELDING HR-GL series GROWING LINE systems are systems used for assembly and welding of 2 or more sector in circular geometry production. The cylindrical work force shortens the assembly time and reduces crane and operator consumption. It is possible to produce from 10 tons to 500 tons of capacity. The GROWING LINE system is a system that serves with synchronized step-by-step operation of 4 units, including 1 fixed hydraulic unit, 1 mobile hydraulic unit, 1 movable converter unit and 1 idler converter unit.

HR-GL series GROWING LINE systems are managed over a single wireless controller. In this way, the operator has the opportunity to see the product on the GROWING LINE from every point.

Thanks to the unit that is movable and allows the sectors to move up and down with hydraulic lifts, assembly and welding features on a single line.
