Pipe Rotator (PR Series)

2K WELDING PR series pipe rotators are a quality and ideal solution for circumferential welds of cylindrical parts where the diameter is variable. They are used for circumferential welding of circular parts such as spool fabrication, pipe fabrication, elbow and flange welds to pipes. In manual welding processes, the foot pedal on the machine helps the welding operator to increase the welding quality with automatic return or pedal start/stop.

Diameter settings are available for product diameters and rotation capacity, so it can be brought to the desired welding position. Functionally, Start, Stop, Wheel rotation speed, Wheel rotation direction for pipe rotation in the machine are made from a hand control with a 5m cable that the operator can adjust very easily. It is possible to get different tilt angles between 450-00-450  with a manual reducer on the machine.
